Exponent Acquires Codin

We are thrilled to announce that Exponent has acquired the Codin platform, a hands-on project collaboration and portfolio-building platform founded by Neal Chopra, Khosraw Azizi, and Avinash Lakhmawad.

At Exponent, our mission is to help job seekers prepare for technical interviews, including those in product management and software engineering. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to succeed in their careers, regardless of their background or where they went to school.

Codin shares this vision, and we are excited to welcome their platform and community into the Exponent family. Codin’s platform provides a unique space for aspiring developers to collaborate on real-world projects, receive AI-guided recommendations, and showcase their skills to potential employers.

Neal and his team—including Khosraw, Avinash, Aditya Sahasranam, and Michael Beck—have built an exceptional platform and we're excited to continue their great work.
