Today's economy has become increasingly technology-driven, and Exponent's mission of helping prepare people for jobs in tech is now more important than ever. From day one, we've been excited about building the best platform and community for tech job candidates.
One of our guiding principles has been that practice is what helps people learn new skills, get valuable feedback, and reduce the anxiety that holds candidates back from interviewing well.
That's why we're thrilled to announce today that Exponent has acquired the Pramp interview platform.
As the leading interview practice platform for technical interviews, Pramp offers candidates free, peer-to-peer interviews in programming, data science, product management, and more. Hundreds of thousands of candidates have joined Pramp since launching in 2015, and in the past year alone over 100K interviews have taken place on the platform.
From the earliest days of Exponent, we've looked to Pramp as an industry role model and an example of how to build a product that puts candidates first. Over the past year, we've also gotten to know the awesome team behind Pramp—Matan Goldschmiedt, Omer Gelbard, and Refael Zikavashvili—and we're excited to have them as advisors as we take on day-to-day operations. Together, we realized there's a huge win-win opportunity for Exponent and Pramp to support candidates with our industry-leading courses, career coaches, and job opportunities.
Over the past few months, we've also discovered the amazing diversity of the Pramp community—from college students preparing for their first internship to industry veterans. By bringing these two communities together, we'll be creating the first all-in-one platform where people can find and land the job of their dreams.
What's changing? Rest assured, the Pramp you know and love isn't going anywhere. Pramp is first and foremost a free platform—and we're committed to keeping it that way. Over the coming months, we'll be bringing these products together in new and exciting ways to enrich both platforms and introducing new features requested by the community. In fact, we've just launched an all-new Software Engineering Interview Course.
We're excited to have you be part of this journey with us and can't wait for what comes next.
Sincerely,
Jacob, Stephen, and the Exponent Team
